My two favorite military rifles that I own

These are my two favorite military style weapons that I own. The Colt AR-15 has been with me for years and years and I could never part with it. The Federal Arms FA-91 is my newest assualt rifle and I like shooting it more than just about any gun I have. It's a close race between shooting the  big .308 paratrooper model and the shorter and lighter Colt AR in .223/5.56mm..... very close!

Your AR-15 and the FA-91 look fantastic. It looks like I am going to have to get a part time job to fund all the work I want done on my firearms.

As I suggested in another post I am going to have to take pictures of my military type firearms and get them posted here. I think a few pictures of my own AR-15, SKS, M1 Carbines should fit right in. Now I am going to have to break out the camera and make sure the rechargeable batteries are fully charged and locate my tripod. I guess I have found it a lot easier to take pictures of my handguns because I don't have to set up the tripod or use any special lighting. I guess it's time to get to work and get pictures of my long guns.

Not to worry. I will get on it as soon as I am feeling up to it. Been having a few bad days the last couple weeks. That is why I hadn't posted in a few days. When I am feeling like this I just need to take it easy. I am hoping to get out to the range this week. The temperature has finally become tolerable which will make it nice at the range. Who Knows, I may just take the longer trip out to the outdoor range. Besides, if I do go to the range it will give me an excuse to clean my guns and have them ready to take pictures of. All in good time.

Well times have changed and I don't have the Black Beast anymore. My Colt AR-15 no longer looks the way it did when I first posted this.... neither did the big black .308!!!! So figured I'd update this thread with some new pics of both guns. And, please..... send in pics of your favorite military guns that you own. We'd all love to see them and hear about them.
I'll add in the new pics when I get to my homebase. I'm mobile on the old laptop right now and I do not have the pic files on it.
